How it Works

At Busy B’s Estate Sales in Belleville, IL, we do everything we can to make your estate sale run smoothly. The first step is to schedule a consultation.

After our initial consultation, your estate sale will be scheduled on the Saturday and Sunday of your choice from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. There is no need for you to prepare any set-up or display for your sale items; we take care of it for you. We prepare a registration table for buyers, and all items sold are removed by the buyers themselves.

Before your sale, we’ll schedule an appointment to walk through your house with you in order to determine the items designated for sale. You will be provided with a clear quote for the percentage to be charged on the sale – with our fair and honest fee to be based on a percentage of the final sale of designated items.

At the end of the sale we take care of any items that remain for donation at your request, and leave the residence in a selling-ready condition. We understand there can be items of sentimental value and make sure those things are set aside as we prepare your home for the real estate sale process.
